What is the JGFP Philosophy?
JGFP coaching philosophy is based on two key principles:

Firstly, creating a performance profile including your lifestyle demands and identifying your current movements and fitness capabilities. We can then work together to build the foundations required, enabling your body to move correctly without pain, becoming more robust, and ready to take on the challenges of developing your athletic performance.
2: Athletic Performance
Following these foundations and your new confidence levels, we can advance your athletic performance to meet any new challenges.
