Jack Goatcher Fitness & Performance is located at the unique gym facility ‘Perch Gym’, located on Lancing Beach, West Sussex (UK).
The gym is small and friendly, integrated with state-of-the-art equipment, changing, and shower facilities.
With views directly overlooking the sea, the perfect setting to work on every aspect of your health, fitness, and wellbeing goals.
There is also use of plenty of outdoor space on the beach green, sheltered bandstand area and the beach promenade as well as the beach itself. The popular Perch Café is located next door, if in need of any refreshments before or after your session.

Jack is a fantastic personal trainer, he really helped me with football specific drills to enhance my performances, which really did help me in games and training. You can tell that Jack spends a lot of time and effort planning sessions and the knowledge, and depth he has in all areas is second to no other PT I’ve ever worked with. He always explains why we are doing certain aspects of fitness and training always answers any questions that I have in fantastic detail. He is the most passionate and motivational person I’ve worked with and would really recommend anyone that wants to enjoy personal training and fitness in his direction!

I have been working with Jack for personal training since March 2019. Jack is very motivational, keeps routines new, interesting and most importantly works with you to set goals that are achievable. Jack is great at explaining and showing the technique to ensure you understand and perform the exercise correctly. Personal training is now part of my weekly routine and I feel healthier and my fitness level is improving after each session.
I’m not quite sure how to quantify the difference Jack has made to my whole outlook, not just on training but on general lifestyle. I no longer smoke and generally my focus on looking after myself and knowing how my body works and the benefits of the sessions with him are way beyond any expectations I may have had. He has this amazing ability to know your personal physical weaknesses and strengths and the knowledge to maximise improvement. It’s always so good to see him, as he is both genuine and very sincere and great company. I cannot recommend him enough, if anyone reading this is considering trying a Personal Trainer they should look no further.
