I train my clients at a unique gym facility ‘Perch Gym’, located on Lancing Beach, West Sussex (UK). The gym is small and friendly, integrated with state-of-the-art equipment, changing, and shower facilities.
With views directly overlooking the sea, the perfect setting to work on every aspect of your health, fitness, and wellbeing goals.
There is also use of plenty of outdoor space on the beach green, sheltered bandstand area and the beach promenade as well as the beach itself. The popular Perch Café is located next door, if in need of any refreshments before or after your session.
If the gym isn’t your scene, that’s no problem, the gym environment may not be for everyone. Personal health, fitness, and wellbeing development are, and there are other options available for training.

One to One Personal training Packages
You can buy packages of four, eight or twelve training sessions, that can be completed in the gym, or at your own home. Alongside the training sessions you will receive nutritional, mindset and wellbeing advice included to help achieve your goals in all aspects of your health, fitness & wellbeing.
Zoom (Live online video) Personal Training
The most convenient of all training options, receive the benefits of one to one personal training with JGFP from anywhere in the world live on the online platform Zoom. No equipment required.
Whether you ‘don’t have time’, your routine is constantly being broken by working away and living out of a suitcase and hotels. If childcare is the barrier preventing you from attending the gym. Or even if you don’t live locally, but want to be coached by JGFP. All of these obstacles can be removed with the use of live video sessions.
small group Personal training Packages
Pair up with a friend/partner or a small group and enjoy the benefits of training with others. Ensuring, that every second of your session is bespoke to your needs and goals.
Hybrid (Face to face & Remote Coaching) Packages
Build the ultimate bespoke health, fitness & wellbeing package. Options include; one to one PT, Zoom PT, small group PT, online workouts (Via the JGFP personal training app) and accountability check-ins and mentoring sessions.
These packages allow your goals to be supported by JGFP, ensuring you’re on track at all times, towards achieving your goals.
If you’ve been training for years, had lots of coaching in the past, and aren’t looking for face to face sessions. But would like your progress managed by a trusted and professional coach, to get you to the next level or back to your best following an injury or a period of inactivity, this is the programme for you.
Jack is a fantastic personal trainer, he really helped me with football specific drills to enhance my performances, which really did help me in games and training. You can tell that Jack spends a lot of time and effort planning sessions and the knowledge, and depth he has in all areas is second to no other PT I’ve ever worked with. He always explains why we are doing certain aspects of fitness and training always answers any questions that I have in fantastic detail. He is the most passionate and motivational person I’ve worked with and would really recommend anyone that wants to enjoy personal training and fitness in his direction!

He has this amazing ability to know your personal physical weaknesses and strengths and the knowledge to maximise improvement. It’s always so good to see him, as he is both genuine and very sincere and great company.
